Despite early success in wrestling, he considered quitting at the NCAA D1 level. His ego kept him going & he learned the value of focusing on effort over results. After getting fired as a referee, his ego was crushed but led to opportunities as an analyst on ACC Network & ESPN. Throughout his experiences on & off the mat, Rock Harrison refuses to quit, focuses his effort on preparation & continues to be authentic.
